NP Preceptors, Welcome!

Thank you for signing up with us, and welcome you to our Preceptor family, with NPHub!

It is awesome that you all have signed up with us and agreed to take on students for clinical rotations. There are so many students around the country that need our help.

I believe it’s great that NP students have NPCR as a service, but the reality is you all are the amazing ones.

Being a preceptor isn’t always easy. In fact, usually it means longer hours, and some added stress. So, thank you!

From our experience, our nurse practitioner students perform really, really well. In the past, we’ve scheduled medical students for years. I promise you, you’ll find that nurse practitioners perform better. [We’ve actually tested this in our Atlanta network.]

At this point in their careers, NP students have significantly more experience than a third or fourth-year medical student.

If you have any questions, you could always reach me directly. My direct cell phone number and you could text me is 678-616-1505.

Feel free to shoot me a text and say,

“Hey, this is NP or Doctor _____, and I just signed up, and I’m super excited to work with you all! Do you have any students?”

I promise you, in the next two to three weeks, we will have students for you. We receive enrollments daily on students who just need more support.

NEXT STEPS

In the next few days, you’ll receive a call from either myself or someone else on our team!

When we chat, we’ll review:
• How many students you can accommodate (on average 2-3 per preceptor)
• Preferred Schedule For Students
• Compensation Process
• Evaluation Process
• Dress Code
• Etc.

Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible for you because you all are so tremendous! We already appreciate you so much for being interested!

WHERE WE OPERATE

As of April 2017, we work with taking on NPs, in the following cities:

• Atlanta, Georgia
• Chicago, Illinois
• New Jersey
• New York
• Washington DC
• Miami, FL
• Tampa, FL

So if you’re in these cities and you have friends, peers, or colleagues who have thought of becoming preceptors just reach out to us.

This is a great way to help train, mentor, and earn extra income for your practice.

We will always need more help!

Please let any of your colleagues know that we’re here, and we have amazing students that want to learn. Our students are willing to work hard. They’re willing to stay late. They’re willing to learn.

They just want the opportunity to graduate, so that one day they could be in your position right now.

Have a great day and please get in touch with us. Looking forward to working with you shortly.
