Preceptors available during COVID-19 crisis in California (June 2020 update)

The coronavirus pandemic will soon enter its seventh month. Nurses are now suffering from “maskne,” and available preceptors in California (and the rest of the US) seem to be at an all-time low. Though some things have improved, others have stayed the same, but NP students now find it even harder to secure preceptors during this crisis.

This time, we have reached out to preceptors available in California to confirm that they are still working, and now we bring that list to you, in case you are still searching for one.

At NPHub, we like to believe that we are different from the other preceptor matching services. If you can’t or don’t want to use our service, we also have a dedicated guide to finding a preceptor on your own, as well as a recent article on clinical rotations for beginners.

For the time being, here’s the updated list of available preceptors in California that you can secure through our website right now. You shouldn’t wait until August to book your rotation, as things might get harder in the coming months.
